These people are absolutely beyond reproach Quality of service, efficiency and communication is 2nd to none. I’ve not had a lot of repair work to my vehicles in the past and I’ve always been sceptical on whether something can look as good as new especially when you talk about the big yank tanks but these guys have pulled it off and I couldn’t be happier they went above and beyond! Very happy!Even the follow-up Survice when they called a week after my car has been returned to me just to make sure everything is okay. You don’t get that very often in industry nowadays very impressive!

My car came out really well, but the parts of the repair took 3 months to come through. At least I had a rental car from Avis which was great. The only thing that was annoying and no one owned up to it was that they lost my expensive EV charging cable and bag. The insurer asked for the cable be put into my car specifically. At least they replaced it, but it was never sent out to me, and we had to go into the repairers to get the new one which was just sitting in their office. At least I had photos of the cable and the bag it came in so I could provide my car insurance company details of what exactly was missing from my car after 3 months. ** update ** CA Autobody replaced the cable and I got a phone call and text message from the owner profusely apologising for this error and also left me a gift at my house for making this mistake. Thanks John and your team, you've done a great job!

I was referred to these guys by RACV. Previous repairer didn’t have the expertise to fix my car then i had to seek help from CA Autobody. Outcome was amazing. My brand new BMW X5 recently had a rear bumper end repair at CA Autobody.I cannot appreciate enough the works that John and his team have done. They ensured that the car is back to its new condition given I only had it for less than 3 months.Even the driver’s seat had a temporary seat cover and it was washed prior to pick up.The car looked much better than the day I took delivery of it!Glad that the insurer has sent me to CA Autobody as I was pedantic with choosing the right repairer given my car is brand new.The service, professionalism and expertise are amazing and highly recommend!

Recently had a company vehicle repaired, a Tesla M3.The repair itself came up absolutely brilliant, thank you. It missed the protective frame around the rego plate, but I can buy that myself from a shop such as Repco. The disappointing part was that the vehicle had white seats and no seat protection has been used, with both the driver and passages seats left with heavy marks of oil and dirt from the workers hands and uniforms. I cleaned that myself with some sweat.Suggest you guys pay more attention to such details.

I have recently been at this Service Centre for dent and front facia repair/replacement for my Black Grand Cherokee. First of all I was not expecting the CUT and Polish on my car and I am not sure how they have done it removing most of the scratches from the car which was not included in the agreement with my Insurer. I received the car so clean that it looked like if I have received it from showroom on the day though it was 10 year old. Not to mention the car was cleaned from Inside as well and it looked like steam cleaned. I recommend this Centre to anyone who wants smile on their face while receiving their car. Such a good service center. Lastly Dent and Front facia replaced as expected.

I recently discovered my 2019 Kia Stinger Gt had been butchered by a previous owner trying to cover up stone chips to the bonnet and front bumper . They done such a poor job and even painted it the wrong colour .I was recommended to C.A. The guys at CA Autobody are the most helpful bunch out there! A tray in my car's underbody came unhooked and started dragging on the road while I was driving to Mornington Peninsula and I had to urgently search for any Autobody shops nearby. Google showed CA Autobody, so I drove there. Even though the shop was actually closed for cleaning, when I explained my situation, the guys gave me a temp fix which allowed me to drive home safely. They didn't even charge me anything after I kept insisting on paying them.Really nice experience, they took time out of their off day to help out a complete stranger. I would highly recommend CA Autobody for their excellent and friendly customer service.

Even though it took a while, (4 weeks for RACV to authorise, 3.5 weeks for repairs (parts hard to get, extra damage found)) the end result was excellent.
