These people are absolutely beyond reproach Quality of service, efficiency and communication is 2nd to none. I’ve not had a lot of repair work to my vehicles in the past and I’ve always been sceptical on whether something can look as good as new especially when you talk about the big yank tanks but these guys have pulled it off and I couldn’t be happier they went above and beyond! Very happy!Even the follow-up Survice when they called a week after my car has been returned to me just to make sure everything is okay. You don’t get that very often in industry nowadays very impressive!

No one likes their car going to panel shop but if your car has to these are the people who make the whole experience so so easy.From loan car to dealing with insurance companies it was so easy . Car was returned in pristine condition. Thank you very much to the whole team

My car came out really well, but the parts of the repair took 3 months to come through. At least I had a rental car from Avis which was great. The only thing that was annoying and no one owned up to it was that they lost my expensive EV charging cable and bag. The insurer asked for the cable be put into my car specifically. At least they replaced it, but it was never sent out to me, and we had to go into the repairers to get the new one which was just sitting in their office. At least I had photos of the cable and the bag it came in so I could provide my car insurance company details of what exactly was missing from my car after 3 months. ** update ** CA Autobody replaced the cable and I got a phone call and text message from the owner profusely apologising for this error and also left me a gift at my house for making this mistake. Thanks John and your team, you've done a great job!

I’m very happy with the repair Ca Autobody has done on my car I’ve Heard great reviews about this place but wasn’t too sure but when I went to pick up my car wow such a lovely place and you could tell it’s a Autobody place that knows what they are doing I was put at easy and when I got my Mercedes I was so happy they done such a High Quality repair and it was ready a lot sooner then expected which I’m so happy about 😊

Wow wow wow that’s all I can say. Dropped my car off, My new Prado Land Cruiser that had been keyed in the city. John had treated it like it was his own car that got damaged. Not only the staff ie reception where amazing but the attention to detail was 10 stars. John and the hole team thank you so much not only for quality work but such an easy experience. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough… workmanship was amazing and the customer service was awesome. I had my brand new 2023 Santa fe repaired through these guys after an accident. I was referred to these guys by RACV. Previous repairer didn’t have the expertise to fix my car then i had to seek help from CA Autobody. Outcome was amazing. All the repairs we done professionally and car was handed back with a full detail just like a brand new car. Job was delayed a week but I was informed early . It was worth the wait at the end. The team did a fantastic job on my Tesla Model Y. The whole process was super easy from the initial inspection, drop off and pick up. I wasn’t expecting much taking my car to be repaired, but from the moment I made contact with CA Autobody I have been very impressed. Samantha and Rachael went above and beyond to get my car back on the road in time for a planned family trip. My brand new BMW X5 recently had a rear bumper end repair at CA Autobody.I cannot appreciate enough the works that John and his team have done. They ensured that the car is back to its new condition given I only had it for less than 3 months.Even the driver’s seat had a temporary seat cover and it was washed prior to pick up.The car looked much better than the day I took delivery of it!Glad that the insurer has sent me to CA Autobody as I was pedantic with choosing the right repairer given my car is brand new.The service, professionalism and expertise are amazing and highly recommend!

Recently had a company vehicle repaired, a Tesla M3.The repair itself came up absolutely brilliant, thank you. It missed the protective frame around the rego plate, but I can buy that myself from a shop such as Repco. The disappointing part was that the vehicle had white seats and no seat protection has been used, with both the driver and passages seats left with heavy marks of oil and dirt from the workers hands and uniforms. I cleaned that myself with some sweat.Suggest you guys pay more attention to such details.

I have recently been at this Service Centre for dent and front facia repair/replacement for my Black Grand Cherokee. First of all I was not expecting the CUT and Polish on my car and I am not sure how they have done it removing most of the scratches from the car which was not included in the agreement with my Insurer. I received the car so clean that it looked like if I have received it from showroom on the day though it was 10 year old. Not to mention the car was cleaned from Inside as well and it looked like steam cleaned. I recommend this Centre to anyone who wants smile on their face while receiving their car. Such a good service center. Lastly Dent and Front facia replaced as expected.

After taking my car there John was great to deal with gave me a timeframe of 3 weeks however my car was ready in 2 weeks witch was fantastic as its my work car. I recently discovered my 2019 Kia Stinger Gt had been butchered by a previous owner trying to cover up stone chips to the bonnet and front bumper . They done such a poor job and even painted it the wrong colour .I was recommended to C.A. Chelsea Auto Body , where John recognised the problem immediately, and told me not to worry , and my car was in the right place.Today , my car looks brand new again, thanks to John and his team.I can't thank him enough.If you love your car like I do, and want it treated with quality and care , I highly recommend them for their professional service.You won't be disappointed.

CA AutoBody recently did a relatively minor body repair on my late model BMW 118i M. I found their initial owner/staff contact friendly and supportive, work undertaken on the car exemplary and the final handover meeting, after 2 weeks, friendly and highlighting a willingness to follow up should there be any need.I believe their “shop front presentation” is highly indicative of the care and professionalism taken in completing panel repairs. The guys at CA Autobody are the most helpful bunch out there! A tray in my car's underbody came unhooked and started dragging on the road while I was driving to Mornington Peninsula and I had to urgently search for any Autobody shops nearby. Google showed CA Autobody, so I drove there. Even though the shop was actually closed for cleaning, when I explained my situation, the guys gave me a temp fix which allowed me to drive home safely. They didn't even charge me anything after I kept insisting on paying them.Really nice experience, they took time out of their off day to help out a complete stranger. I would highly recommend CA Autobody for their excellent and friendly customer service.

I recently had a front end insurance claim repair done with CA Autobody. Even though it took a while, (4 weeks for RACV to authorise, 3.5 weeks for repairs (parts hard to get, extra damage found)) the end result was excellent. John and the team did a great job and John was helpful and insightful during the process
